These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Lion-X website (lionx.pk), the Lion Scout Chrome extension and dashboard, and any development services we provide. By creating an account, installing the extension, or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. In these terms, "Lion-X", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the company; "you" and "your" refer to the user.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Lion-X. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login details secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Subscriptions, Trials & Payments

• Lion Scout is offered on a free trial followed by paid monthly or yearly plans, as shown on our pricing page. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change with notice.
• The free trial gives full access for the stated period. After it ends, continued use requires a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions grant a personal, non-transferable right to use Lion Scout for as long as your plan is active and paid for.
• Fees are charged in advance for the chosen billing period. Unless stated otherwise, paid amounts are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
• You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period and does not renew after that.

Acceptable Use

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Share, resell, or sub-license your account or its access with others without our permission.
• Copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying data of Lion Scout beyond normal use.
• Use the service to break Daraz's terms, applicable laws, or the rights of any third party.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use automated scripts to abuse search quotas or exceed the limits of your plan.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

Accuracy of Data

Lion Scout presents estimated sales, revenue, and analytics derived from publicly available information on Daraz. These estimates are provided to support your research and are not guaranteed to be exact. Business and purchasing decisions you make based on this data are your own responsibility. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Daraz.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and design on lionx.pk and within Lion Scout — including the Lion-X and Lion Scout names and logos — belong to Lion-X or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the service for your own business purposes but may not copy, republish, or redistribute our materials without written permission.

Development Services

Where Lion-X provides web, mobile, Shopify, or custom software services, the specific scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees will be agreed separately in a quote or contract. Those project terms apply alongside these general terms, and where they conflict, the signed project agreement takes precedence.

Third-Party Links

Our site and products may link to third-party websites or tools that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and visiting them is at your own risk.

Service Availability & Third-Party Platforms

Lion Scout works alongside Daraz and depends on Daraz's website, structure, and publicly available data. Daraz is an independent third party that may change, restrict, or remove its website, layout, or services at any time without notice. If such a change causes Lion Scout to stop working, partially or fully, this is outside our control and does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid. In that situation, however, we are committed to working hard to restore the extension as quickly as possible and to update it so it functions with the changes.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that estimates will be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lion-X will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for lost profits or business, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that harms us or other users. On termination, your right to use Lion Scout ends, though clauses that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property and liability) will continue to apply.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will post the revised version here with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from them will be subject to the courts of Pakistan.
